Fun packed celebration full of family events and great entertainment! Friday the 3rd stop by Chautauqua Park 12pm til sold out to grab delicious food from Smokin’ Good Times, then head to the Oakland Community Building for Music Bingo and much more from 6-9pm! Make your way back to Chautauqua Park for S’mores and the City of Oakland’s Fireworks Display.
On Saturday July 4th enjoy a Pancake Feed by the Oakland VFD at their station 7-10:30. Then head to the Car and Tractor Show 9-3:30 down at the park while listening to Turning Gears 11-2. At 11 there will be a Kids Bike Parade and games and family activities from 12-4! During the day food trucks and Lucky Wife Wine Slushies will be setup. Hit up the Riverside Rust Market and find your favorite crafters & vendors. 5PM PARADE ON MAIN ST. Stop by the Nishna Heritage Museum for the Silent Auction -drawing at 6. Join in the Cornhole Tournament at 6 at the park. Finish the evening at the Amphitheater listening to Whiskey River 8-midnight!
