You’ll learn how pressure canning works, why it’s necessary for certain foods, and how to properly prepare, pack, and process your jars. We’ll cover key safety principles, equipment use, and common mistakes to avoid. Participants will observe and assist in the canning process and leave with a clear understanding of how to confidently preserve their own garden produce at home.
