Hitchcock Folk School | Introduction to Ancient Jewelry

April 9 | 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Hitchcock Nature Center

Since time immemorial, people have recognized the beauty of certain stones, shells, woods, and other natural items. We have always shaped and modified these natural treasures to enhance our own appearance. During this program, join naturalist Dustin Clayton and learn how to use ancient techniques to turn natural materials into beads, pendants, and other items for personal adornment. All program materials and tools will be provided.

Hitchcock Folk School Introduction to Ancient Jewelry will take place over three successive Thursdays in April: April 9th, April 16th, and April 23rd.

Pre-registration is required. To ensure a high-quality participant experience, we are unable to accommodate walk-ins. Please click the icon above to register today.
