This 2-part course is designed as a practical, judgement-free introduction to managing personal finances. Appropriate for adults at any stage who feel overwhelmed, behind, or simply unsure where to start.
Participants will learn how to:
• Understand where their money is going and build a sustainable spending plan
• Create a realistic budget that reflects real life, not rigid rules
• Build an emergency fund and reduce financial anxiety
• Tackle debt strategically and efficiently
• Understand credit scores and how to improve them
• Begin saving and investing with confidence
• Set achievable financial goals and stay accountable
