Omaha/Council Bluffs Missouri River Cleanup

Missouri River Relief is hosting a large-scale cleanup in Council Bluff's and Omaha's reach of the Missouri River! Boats will ferry teams of volunteers to locations along the Missouri River for a couple hours to gather trash for later disposal. Volunteers will receive a free Big Muddy boat ride, t-shirt, reusable water bottle, and lunch! Lunch will be served to all volunteers as boats return to the park. Trash pickup materials and a life jacket will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own well-fitted life jackets!
When you return to the park, there will be a handful of activities you can participate in while enjoying your lunch, including our lively trash contest, our Missouri River Explorer Badge Program and Clean Rivers Start at Home.
