Are you interested in the spiritual practice of meditation? This weekly, interfaith group gathers to practice meditation and contemplative prayer in community, to investigate how to slow down the mental and physical bodies to cultivate self-awareness and well-being, and to be supported in establishing a regular rhythm of a contemplative practice through guided meditations and Centering Prayer. This is an opportunity to learn and experience something new in community and grow deeper in your contemplative life!
