This course provides an in-depth exploration of inclusion within the context of management. It is designed to equip current and future leaders with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to foster an inclusive workplace environment for all generations in the workforce. The curriculum emphasizes the critical importance of inclusion in achieving organizational success and creating a positive work culture.
