Inspired by John Maxwell’s “5 Levels of Leadership,” this class helps participants identify their current leadership level and build habits that develop credibility, deepen connection, and expand their influence—regardless of role. It’s perfect for those shifting from “I’m the boss” to “I’m the kind of leader people choose to follow.”
