This course is designed to enhance the communication skills of current and aspiring leaders. It focuses on the development of key competencies necessary for effective management communication in a professional setting. Students will learn and practice active listening and providing constructive feedback. These skills are essential for fostering a professional, collaborative and productive work environment.
