Curious about AI but not sure where to start? This beginner-friendly, 2-hour session demystifies artificial intelligence and shows how to put it to work in everyday life. You'll learn what AI actually is (and isn't), explore free tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude, and practice the RACE framework for writing prompts that get real, usable results. We'll cover practical uses for work, home, and daily life from polishing a resume to planning a family trip plus how to stay safe from deepfakes and AI scams and protect your privacy. The session ends with guided, hands-on practice, so you'll leave with your own ready-to-use prompt kit you can start using that day. No experience needed just bring your phone or laptop and your curiosity. Open to anyone exploring AI for work, home, or fun.
