Trick or Treat through Council Bluffs’ museums for an afternoon of fun and fright! Stop by each location to gather goodies, collect stickers, and craft something spooky along the way. Kids in costume receive free admission at participating sites, including the Union Pacific Museum, the Squirrel Cage Jail, the Dodge House, and the RailsWest Museum.
