Maple Tree Tap

March 7 | 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Botna Bend Park

It's that time of year again!  Bring the family out for our annual Maple Tree Tap at Botna Bend Park and learn the basics of syrup making—from tapping the trees to bottling the final product. You'll even get to explore the syrup shack at Botna Bend and learn how we make this sweet, sticky treat for our annual Pancake Feed every fall. Local maple syrup samples will also be available as supplies last.

If temperatures are cooperative and the sap is flowing, you'll also have an opportunity to taste the fresh sap as it flows from a maple tree!

Free with a $3/vehicle park entry fee or an annual park permit. This event will take place outside; please dress for the weather.

The Feed Trough will also be onsite offering delicious eats.
