Learn to make fresh pasta dough from just a few simple ingredients, then prepare a quick and flavorful vodka sauce and a vibrant seasonal salad. Once the dough is ready, shape it into penne pasta using a pasta roller and gnocchi paddle. Chef Tasos will also share his recipe for irresistible garlic bread, perfect for sharing with family and friends. Menu includes hand-shaped penne pasta with vodka sauce, a seasonal salad, and Chef’s garlic bread.
