Join Chef Tasos for a hands-on culinary adventure and master the art of Polish pierogi from scratch! Roll out soft, pillowy dough and fill it with delicious creations like creamy potato & cheese, zesty sauerkraut, and even sweet dessert-style pierogies. From the first fold to the final golden sizzle in butter, every step is packed with flavor and fun. You’ll also learn tips for freezing pierogi like a pro so you can enjoy them long after class ends. Menu highlights include homemade pierogi dough, potato & cheese pierogi with caramelized onion and butter, sauerkraut pierogi with sautéed kielbasa, and roasted sweet potato fontina pierogies with brown butter.
