Families are invited to the Carter Lake Community Center for a fun, safe Halloween evening! Vehicles (“trunks”) are creatively decorated and pass out candy, and the local library sets up a haunted house inside the center. The fun doesn’t stop there — stick around for the Monster Mash, featuring games, music, and activities for all ages!
