Farm Days is held each year at Carstens 1880 Farmstead near Shelby, Iowa the weekend after Labor Day. This two-day event always draws a crowd of people who are wanting a glimpse back into the old days. Steam power and other antique equipment are used to bring in the harvest. You're sure to get a good glimpse of history at Carstens Farm Days! There is something for everyone to do at Carstens Farm Days including demonstrations, tours, live music, a parade, and so much more!
