Come down to the 100 Block for the Fourth Gear of Bikes on the 100 Block! This event will feature live music by Rick Monroe & The Hitmen (presented by Full Throttle Energy Drink) + Scotty Scrub Stunt Show plus a block-long beer garden, and lots of other great entertainment.
