There’s nothing quite like a homemade pie, and now you can master the art of baking your own! Join Chef Tasos in the inviting Iowa Western kitchen for a fun, hands-on class where you’ll learn to craft bakery-quality pies from scratch. Discover the secrets to making both flaky and mealy pie crusts, perfect for sweet or savory creations, and master professional techniques for mixing, rolling, and crimping. Fill your pie with a warm, spiced apple filling and bake it to golden perfection, then enjoy sampling other favorites like pecan and pumpkin pie. Menu highlights include classic apple pie (yours to take home), pecan pie, and pumpkin pie.
