Pottawattamie Conservation is finalizing plans for expanding four-season recreation opportunities at Crescent Hill at Hitchcock (previously Mt. Crescent Ski Area), and they want to hear from YOU!
Swing by Crescent Hill at Hitchcock to view the area's Four-Season Master Plan draft. Learn about new four-season recreation activities, infrastructure, and winter-season upgrades planned for Crescent Hill and share your preferences for what you'd like to see.
Bring the entire family and enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks, s'mores, bonfires, live music by Brenda Lee and Jocelyn Olivia, guided hikes, scenic lift rides, and more. By participating in guided hikes, visitors will learn about the area's fragile Loess Hills ecosystem and wildlife and garner insights on recommended activities and infrastructure. Visitors are also invited to learn about the science behind how the area makes snow during pump house tours.
